Our Story

 

Just Grillin’ was founded in July 2001.  The vision for Just Grillin’ was to have a very casual restaurant that offered good tasting grilled food at a reasonable price.  Always working with high quality ingredients is important to us.  The system is simple, customers order their food with the cashier and their order number is called for collection when the meal is finished.  The meats are cooked to order, ensuring that the customer gets them at their best.

All of Just Grillin’ seasonings and sauces are made in house, and as a result of regular requests, both the Caesar Dressing and Barbeque Sauce are available for customers to purchase.

Bajan Seasoning and Jerk Seasoning are both our own special blend and give Just Grillin’s food its tasty unique flavor.  The meats are marinated in these seasonings with the jerk being more spicy than the bajan seasoning.

The meals, as platters, all include any two of the five side orders available.  These side orders were developed with both taste and health in mind.  Just Grillin’ has become famous for one of the side orders; Caesar Salad.  It was one of the first casual dining restaurants in Barbados to offer Caesar Salad as an option and its Caesar dressing is considered one of the best on the island.

Just Grillin’s barbeque sauce is also a crowd favourite.  It is put standard on burgers, chicken, spare ribs and steaks and is very popular with Just Grillin’s customers.  This sweet and slightly spicy sauce enhances the flavor of the meats.

Just Grillin’ opened its second restaurant in Holetown on the West Coast in January of 2008.
