Cancellations & Refunds
PICKUP
Online orders are to be collected at the restaurant selected during the ordering process at the specified pickup time.
On arrival at the selected restaurant, please proceed to the pickup window and present your receipt (printed or on your phone) to collect your order. Failure to present this receipt will result in your inability to collect the orders.
CANCELLATION
The orders are prepared in time for collection at the pickup time stipulated during the ordering process. It is your responsibility to ensure that the orders are collected at or around the time designated. W.O.M. Inc. t/a Just Grillin’ is not responsible for replacement of, nor will refunds be granted for, food which is deemed unsatisfactory due to late pickup on your part.
REFUND POLICY
It is imperative that you, your agent or otherwise, check the orders when collecting before leaving the restaurant premises. If at this time an item is deemed unsatisfactory, a replacement will be processed. Depending on the circumstances, a refund can be requested. A supervisor will need to authorize this. Once any item purchased leaves the restaurant no refund or replacement will be offered.
If a refund is to be made to a credit card, this can take up to 10 business days to be processed depending on the financial institution. W.O.M. Inc. t/a Just Grillin’ will not be held responsible for any delays in processing the refunds that are the responsibility of third parties.


All prices are in Barbados Dollars ($BBD). $2 BBD = $1 USD.
